LOGO ARTWORK GUIDELINES
Please note individual product pages for imprint size and screen or setup charges. Ball imprints must fit within the imprint area. Circular or square logos appear the largest. (See image below.) Logos printed to maximum size unless your order specifies a smaller size.

Please identify your email by Company Name and Order # in the subject line. Please specify PMS colors in your email or on your order. Maximum file size is 3MB.

SENDING ARTWORK
We accept Black & White camera-ready art or electronic art via email or CD via mail. Art must be a vector based EPS file with fonts converted to outline. Some items have unique art requirements, please check individual product page for more information. Please supply a hard copy with any embroidery file. Golf Plus reserves the right to determine if artwork is acceptable. We charge $50.00 (V) per hour for any touch-up or reconstruction of the provided artwork. Minimum charge of 1 hour.

PMS MATCHES
PMS # must accompany all orders. Golf Plus will match these as close as possible without charge on most items. Check product page to determine if match is available.

SECOND SIDE IMPRINT
Available on many products at an additional charge. Please call for details.

Prices
Subject to change without notice. Please note we have proofed our catalog and website for correctness, however we are not responsible for missed printing or typographical errors. Be sure to list prices on your purchase orders so we can call you if an error has occurred.

PERSONALIZATION IMPRINT
Character or letter imprinting of names, dates, special occasions, phrases, events and places on balls. Most brands offer up to 3 lines of 17 characters and spaces per line. Imprint colors: black, blue, red or green nk. 1 color per imprint.

HANDLING / DROP SHIP / SPLIT SHIP CHARGE
Per order, per shipment, per location $6.25 (V).

THIRD PARTY BILLING
You may request third party billing for freight charges to a valid account number. Handling charge above applies.

PRODUCTION TIME
Varies by product and season. Please refer to the normal times in the catalog or call. Most logo balls are shipped within 10 business days or less. Production time begins from receipt of your approval of artwork.

RUSH ORDERS
Available on many items. Please call for details.

ORDERING QUANTITIES
Balls are generally ordered in dozens; special packs and other items ordered by units.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
All orders receive a faxed acknowledgment within 24-hours of approval of order and artwork. Please review carefully and call with discrepancies.

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE GOLF BALLS
$50.00 net plus cost of 1 dozen balls available on most brands.

FOB POINT
All orders are shipped FOB, Factory (see catalog page), freight prepaid and added at buyer’s risk in transit.

RETURNED GOODS
No returns will be accepted without written authorization. Freight Damage: Please examine shipments upon arrival and in case of damage, call carrier’s agent at once for an inspection report. Please do not contact us first, notify the carrier instead. If this precaution is not taken we will not assist you in recovering the amount of claim against the carriers. Please send the inspection report when notifying us of damage. Any complaint must be registered within 8 days of receipt.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can not be cancelled once production has begun.

PRODUCTION READY ORDERS
For an order to be considered factory ready, we must receive order in writing and include the following information: artwork, layout information, PMS #(s) for logos, company name, ASI/PPAI number, contact, billing address, ship-to address, requested-in-hands date, shipping method, quantity (specify dozens or each), item number, item description, item color, price, imprint size requested, approval of proof (if proof is requested or required), approval of credit and special instructions. For reorders, please include previous purchase order or invoice number or logo pad number. Please indicate if you want your artwork returned.

OVERRUNS /UNDER RUNS
Orders are subject to (+) or (–) 5%. We reserve the right to distribute overruns and returned logo balls.

PACKAGING GOLF BALLS
3 balls per sleeve, 4 sleeves per dozen package. Balls numbered 1, 2, 3, 4 not guaranteed. Many balls available in custom packaging, bulk or 15-ball packs.
